"So far the service at this branch location has been very good. I had a bad experience at another branch through StateFarm and I’m happy with the dealings with this new branch. If I can give zero stars to Texas, I wouldn’t, I would give -5 stars. Extremely high insurance and absolutely no effort whatsoever in enforcing insurance for everyone. If you move to Texas, you will at some point become a victim if you were a good driver and have insurance. I’m not a gambler, but if I were, I would bet money on it. Worst state in the country. Again though, as far as Tim Woodson office for State Farm, five stars. PS, Stephanie made this happen for us. Also of note is the fact that Tim Woodson himself called me to follow up with some information which was helpful."
